We are currently working on our Wellbeing Events Calendar for the academic year 2024-2025.
All our events for the year will be announced in early September along with dates, times, locations and booking information.
We will be running groups and workshops on a range of topics, including:
Art psychotherapy
Exam stress
How to practice self-care
Looking after your mate
Looking After My Mental Health (this workshop is specifically tailored for international students)
Managing emotions
Mindfulness based stress reduction
Reflective art
We will run a variation of in-person sessions, on-screen sessions and digital sessions.
